This class is suited for all levels from beginner to advanced and for those seeking to learn and or develop their skills connecting with Spirit.
All classes are taught in a safe and open environment. I enjoy incorporating creative techniques that will inspire you to connect to Spirit on a multitude of levels. In each class you can expect to actively engage in practice readings with other students in your course. This interactive participation allows you to immediately implement newly learned techniques rather than just passively absorbing new information. In my experience as an elementary school teacher, I found that the value of “learning by doing” makes the development experience much more powerful, expansive, and fun!
Each class is taught with a combination of
- Lecture and Discussion
- Q & A
- Breakout Room Practice with another student
- Large and Small Group Activities
The goal is to offer a safe and positive learning environment as well as implementing practical experiences to hone your newfound skills!
