This foundations of trance course is for those wishing to expand their spiritual connections through trance in a safe space with gentle guidance.
Trance Mediumship is beneficial for helping you to develop your relationship with the spirit world. It is not spirit controlling you, it’s you strengthening your ability to notice changes in energy which greatly enhances your mental mediumship.
Each class is taught with a combination of
- Lecture and Discussion
- Q & A
- Breakout Room Practice with another student
- Large and Small Group Activities
The goal is to offer a safe and positive learning environment as well as implementing practical experiences to hone your newfound skills!
